A fleet owner wants to fuel now and pay on a 7, 15 or 30-day statement. A matatu owner needs fuel on the day collections are low. An oil marketer wants the volume without the bad debt.
We are designing this programme now with a fuel card operator serving fleets, school buses and matatus.
How we set fuel credit

Rules at the pump
The programme is designed to check where and how much a vehicle fuels against its route and tank size. A Kasarani to Town matatu fuelling on Kiambu Road would be flagged. A fill larger than the tank would be declined.
